Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all divisions of the marketing department to create relevant content and experiences across all brand channels.
  • Maintain a social media calendar and scheduling platform for content deployment.
  • Create or source individual content presentations relevant to internal initiatives and oversee freelance creators.
  • Build engaging content blogs on direct-to-consumer website.
  • Communicate with key partners, personalities and athletes for collaborations.
  • Observe and respond to consumer communications through comments and direct messaging on social media platforms.
  • Track and report on key data points relating to content performance, follower engagement and audience growth.


Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Ability to plan sharp, innovative marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Ability to engage with the public and customers respectfully and effectively.
  • Expertise in the use of social media platforms.
  • Experience with social media analytics reporting platforms
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Shopify, MS Office, Google Apps.
  • Proficient in photographic and video image making.
  • A strong visual sensibility with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive content.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to follow deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Photographic Arts


Experience:

3+ years of experience in a professional social media position

Thorough knowledge of brands and products is a plus


Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment

Occasional travel

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
