The goal is to develop, implement, and execute the organization's Revenue Management strategy. This involves leading a team responsible for all aspects of pricing, including invoice management, rebates, master data maintenance, and reporting. This role will serve as the primary intersection and integration point between commercial opportunities across all channels, aiming to drive accelerated revenue and related profit growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute the revenue management strategy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate pricing execution.
  • Define and own the key performance indicators (KPIs) for accurate and timely pricing.
  • Develop and maintain pricing procedures and policies.
  • Conduct analyses to identify business growth opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership for implementation by regional and market teams.
  • Establish strong working relationships with finance, IT, regional sales and marketing teams, and other necessary functions to ensure alignment and support market-level initiatives.
  • Train and build the capabilities of the pricing team and the commercial organization.
  • Oversee the pricing department, including setting goals, hiring, managing performance through appraisals, coaching, knowledge transfer, and team building.
  • Monitor plan performance against business targets and budgets, recommending alternative strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned


Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Revenue management or Finance
  • Minimum 6 years of people leadership experience, including proven ability to develop talent
  • Proficiency leveraging multiple data sources (internal, syndicated, retailer POS, etc.) to develop insights, develop strategy and implementation plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; agile and adaptable to respond and anticipate changes
  • Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills
