Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects and ensure that they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction and possess strong leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Create and maintain project schedule, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress
- Oversee quality control and ensure that work meets project standards and specifications
- Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure project remains within budget
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
