Position: Senior Communications Specialist (Contract to Posible Hire)

Location: Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid role, with some on-site requirements)
Overview of the Role: This is a contract-to-perm position, where you will play a crucial role in internal communications, particularly focusing on writing and executing communication strategies. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership team to enhance overall communication processes, including the creation of functional announcements, updates, and organizational news. Your role will also involve setting strategic guidance around content sharing and coaching executives on effective communication delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Coach Executive Leadership to improve their communication strategies.
- Implement and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Industry Experience: Preferably from Chemical Manufacturing/Industrial sectors, ideally with B2B experience.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Photoshop, and preferably Populo and Vion for email and video content creation.
Details:
- Start Date: ASAP, ideally by July 8th.
- Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility for late requests due to the global nature of the role.
- Work Environment: Hybrid (minimum of two days on-site per week).
- Parking and public transportation options are available.
