Overview

The Social Media Community Manager will be responsible for managing the online presence of Finance of America Reverse LLC, engaging with customers, and implementing social media strategies to align with broader marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement
    • Manage and moderate online discussions across social media platforms
    • Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and compliant manner
  • Social Media Strategy
    • Develop and implement social media engagement strategies in concert with the broader marketing team
    • Monitor and report on social media engagement metrics
  • Brand Consistency
    • Coordinate with brand, PR, comms, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all online channels
  • Compliance and Risk Management

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum of four years of experience as a social media community manager
    • Recent experience in social media content marketing in financial services/lending
  • Skills
    • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands and launching community initiatives
    • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
    • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
