The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Tik Tok Shop. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, data analysis, and the ability to make strategic recommendations based on analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving successful ad campaigns and will be responsible for exploring all promotional opportunities and recommending the best platform for optimal conversion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with ad specialist to ensure current Meta and Google ads are optimized.
- Develop, implement, and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) & TikTok.
- Assess and leverage all promotional opportunities on TikTok, including TikTok Shop.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize ad performance.
- Execute strategic changes to campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Report on key performance metrics and provide insights to the marketing team.
- Manage the ad budget and ensure campaigns are cost-effective, thereby reducing CAC.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing digital ad campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, including TikTok Shop.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Certifications in digital marketing or related areas.
