Franchise Development Coordinator 


The Human Bean is looking for an organized, project-oriented individual to work closely with our Franchise Development team and franchise partners as we expand new locations across the U.S.  This individual will assist our franchisees in an administrative capacity through the development, training, and grand opening processes, monitoring timelines and communicating frequently with our vendors and teams.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with monitoring new locations in development. 
  • Communicate regularly and proactively with franchisees regarding project updates; notify team members as needed regarding status. 
  • Assist with the management of our CRM tool to track new location development status, update location and user accounts, etc. 
  • Assist with shared timelines, documents, databases, and projects across all teams. 
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team to leverage and provide individual assistance when required. 
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders, both internal and external. 
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function; continually seek ways for us to do ‘this’ better. 
  • Assist with project management as needed outside of Franchise Development. 


Skills Needed:

  • Outstanding customer service skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 
  • Critical Thinking: the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and/or approaches to problems and solve complex problems. 
  • Time Management: Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize workload, and manage one's time. 
  • Proven work experience as a project manager, office admin/manager, or construction/development coordinator. 
  • A positive “can do” attitude. 
  • Data gathering, analysis, and reconciliation skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency is critical. 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 
  • Experience using project management software is helpful.
