About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Service Coordinator. As a key member of our hospital team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and their pets, ensuring a positive experience and promoting loyalty to our hospital.
  • Hospital Operations: Assist in the coordination of hospital services, including scheduling appointments, managing client flow, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, veterinarians, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the veterinary medical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; medical background or experience in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: One year of related experience required, with customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Attitudes: Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
