Position Summary

Sales Specialist - Medical Billing is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new clients for our medical billing services. This role requires a deep understanding of medical billing processes and the healthcare industry, along with strong sales acumen to communicate the value of our services to healthcare providers.


Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, including healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals, that can benefit from medical billing services.
  • Use various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, digital marketing, Presentation) to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our medical billing services.
  • Address client inquiries, clarify service offerings, and emphasize the value proposition.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and our internal billing team.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Negotiate terms of service agreements and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize contract details.
  • Stay updated with healthcare industry trends, billing regulations, and competitors to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market demands, competitive conditions, and product/service enhancements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Medical Billing Sales or Business Development Management (BDM).

- Strong understanding of the medical billing industry.

- Track record of acquiring new clients and driving sales growth.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in client interactions and documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations - Medical Billing


Salary: 15$ - 20$ Per Hour

Incentives: Lucrative incentive structure based on sales achievements.

Work Mode: Onsite/Full Time

Work Days: 5 Days/Week
