Position Overview: The Corporate M&A Analyst will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing merger and acquisition opportunities that align with our client’s strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly evolving company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, and due diligence, to support potential M&A transactions.
  • Identify and assess strategic acquisition targets that align with the company’s growth objectives and market expansion plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and the board of directors.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Assist in negotiating deal terms and structuring transactions to maximize value for the company.
  • Support post-merger integration efforts to ensure smooth transition and realization of synergies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions required.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact on patient care.
