Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation management, typing, editing, and composing correspondence, schedules, spreadsheets, and forms for our Senior Leaders.
- Prepare documents for our Leaders to present or distribute to the Board of Directors, including financial statement packages, schedules, and annual budget reports.
- Keep our databases up-to-date and generate communication.
- Prepare and maintain confirmation letters, correspondence, and mailing lists for external auditing groups.
- Coordinate the writing and maintenance of department policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Process and track all requests for application, RFP, and contract submission, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
- File and maintain banking correspondence, including bank statements and payments.
- Supply Management: ordering office supplies, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, room booking, and agenda preparation.
- Review and submit invoices for approval, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Miscellaneous Support: Assist with various tasks such as order management, credit card.
