Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Video Project Manager + Marketing Associate at Beige Video and Photo. The role involves managing video projects, building relationships with videographers and photographers, onbording creatives onto the Beige platform, coordinating logistics, overseeing client projects, and managing a team of other project managers. There will also be marketing and sales tasks such as selling and promoting Beige's video and photography services during the production process. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Los Angeles, CA where you will be on site at Beige shoots.

Compensation & Time Commitment:

  • The pay is $3000/Month Base Salary + 5% Commission On All New Business Generated. Our average shoots range from $1500-Upwards to $50,000. Approximate target earnings will be around $5,000-$6,000/month with potential for further growth.
  • Location: Remote Work can be done from anywhere in the LA area however you will be expected to go to all Beige LA shoots
  • Expected Work Hours with Flexibility: 9am-5pm + In Person Shoots
  • Days Off: 1 Day Off Every Week
  • 10 Paid Vacation Days
  • Various Bonuses and Incentives
