About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize workflows, implement and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the agency's budget, monitoring financial performance and reporting on variances.

  • Creative Resource Management: Source creative talent and oversee project management software.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail, with experience maintaining and updating project management software.
  • Ability to handle day-to-day administrative requirements and add creative value, especially when it comes to platform campaigns.
  • Spanish Speaker.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, in a creative or marketing agency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • An intense drive to 'get things done', making innovative ideas come to life without having the perfect guidebook on how to do it.
