Job Title: Marketing Associate Location: Los Angeles, CA Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with different departments and have a strong understanding of current marketing trends and tools. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising. Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional videos. Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies. Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns. Assist in the management of the company’s website and ensure content is up-to-date and engaging. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and handling correspondence. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and social media platforms. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
