Owned and operated by the McCain family for over 100 years, ECONSTEEL provides a comprehensive range of carbon, alloy, and specialty steel products and processing services to the machining, fabrication, and construction industries. With distribution centers in Erie, PA, and Warren, OH, ECONSTEEL serves the northwest and western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and western New York regions. Additionally, ECONSTEEL supports steel distribution for clients across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and international markets.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territorial Outside Steel Sales Professional at ECONSTEEL Supply. The Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships through sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, and new business development. The role is primarily located in Erie, PA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Sales Presentations and Relationship Building skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • New Business Development skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the steel or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include a proven track record in sales, knowledge of steel products and the industry, and familiarity with the machining, fabrication, and construction industries.
