Lead Customer Service Representative


LHH is currently seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative for a Client in Olathe, KS. In this role you assist customers with account questions, handle escalated calls and lead a team of 2-3 Customer Service Representatives including tracking key performance indicators and assist with training. Our ideal candidate will have lead or supervisory experience and 3+ years of call center or high volume phone experience. This is a direct hire role paying up $24-26/hour. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls
  • Complete outbound calls for collections and revenue driven promotions
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections
  • Take payments and assist with billing questions
  • Scheduling service and sales appointments
  • Monitor customer reviews
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage reporting and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with peer coaching and training.
  • Act as mentor for new hires and current team
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience leading or supervising a team of customer service professionals
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally within a call center or high-volume call setting
  • Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
  • Assertive team player with positive attitude, high energy level, and ability to establish rapport and build relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Must have a clear, pleasant and professional speaking voice for over the phone sales and communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales.
  • Establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships with customers and other contacts.
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Good problem-solving and reasoning skills.
  • Basic computer skills and MS Office package.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Proper listening, skills and command of the English language.
  • High degree of organization.

  • On-site - Olathe, KS


Job Type: Full-time
