Position: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid Dearborn, MI

Pay Rate Range: $45.50-$50.00/hr

Day to Day: The Business Analyst will join our automotive client’s team supporting the transformation and digitization of the company's supply chain products. One of the key focus areas to enable this transformation is to ensure robust management of supply chain risk and assurance of supply to meet demand. As part of the transformation, the company has initiated multiple IT system development projects to support strategic business initiatives in various business units. We are looking for someone who can assist in the development of product concepts and specifications that reflect the customer’s needs aligning with technical and business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of gathering and analyzing requirements and designing software prototypes to support product development

• 2+ working experience years with cross-functional teams where you utilized good communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in data management or data integration

• Experience producing research assets (journey maps, affinity walls, empathy maps, storyboards, personas, etc.) to capture learning and communicate the immersive customer experience with the team and other stakeholders
