American Classical Leadership Education is a liberty-based education that leads a scholar to servant leadership through the pursuit of truth and the development of virtue and wisdom. It is John Adams Academy’s unique model of education formed after the education that produced the great servant leaders who founded our great nation.


As a servant leader, the Operations Administrator reports to the Deputy Superintendent and collaborates with administration in order to oversee daily operations of the school site. This position supervises various operations-related team leads and team members on the school site, including the Facilities, Safety, Business Technician, Athletics, IT, Registrar, and Front Desk. The Site Operations Administrator may also work with key stakeholders at the Nonprofit Services Division (NSD) to fulfill certain duties onsite or complete special projects, including but not limited to compliance, construction, and leases, etc.
