Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Growth Manager to lead and optimize our online retail operations. The Digital Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing strategies that drive online sales, enhance user experience, and increase customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ecommerce process, from product listings and website functionality to digital marketing campaigns and online customer engagement. 


Key Responsibilities:


Ecommerce Strategy:

  • Work with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement within the ecommerce landscape.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Based on company and e-commerce goals, build strategies, identify impactful tactics and implement channel specific programs on the storefront, loyalty program and email/SMS communications.
  • Identify new and/or improved ways of providing the consumer with value while driving revenue growth through our consumer, B2B websites, and on Amazon.

Website Management:

  • Work in partnership with agency partners and internal stakeholders to oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the ecommerce website.
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, well-organized, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Implement strategies to improve website navigation, load times, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate product launches, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Analyze product performance data to identify top-performing items and optimize product assortment.

Amazon Storefront

  • Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the Amazon storefront and PDP pages.
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, well-organized, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Work with performance marketing, and Amazon agency to continually improve and optimize our communication, presentation, and conversion rates.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute cohesive, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Work with the agency and functional leaders within our marketing group to optimize online communication efforts: including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, social media advertising, email marketing, SMS, loyalty and website based landing pages and promotional banners.
  • Oversee loyalty program to drive sales, increase lifetime value, and promote advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels, and in line with offline channels like events.

Customer Experience:

  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including streamlined checkout processes, personalized recommendations, and effective customer support.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Data, Analytics, and Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze ecommerce performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends.
  • Oversee financial reporting related to ecommerce activities.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to guide decision-making and measure the success of various initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a data strategy, including segmentation, to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer targeting.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of Digital Asset Management (DAM) technology to streamline content creation, storage, and distribution.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of peer and direct report ecommerce specialists, digital marketers, and content creators.
  • Manage agency interactions and projects as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing.


Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field preferred.

· Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within a retail or consumer goods industry.

· Experience optimizing sales through DTC, B2B, and Amazon

· Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.

· Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret ecommerce metrics.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

· Familiarity with Shopify, Shopify B2B, Amazon, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

· Preferred if experience with Yotpo, Klaviyo, and Netsuite (our ERP)

· Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
