  • Strong experience in monitoring complex environments using industry standard monitoring tools
  • Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
  • Contact on-call personnel to communicate new events depending in Priority
  • Escalate All Major Incidents to the Incident Management team, on-call resources or management
  • Participate in Major Incident bridge calls to provide real time data for monitored systems
  • Document activities performed in associated tickets
  • Manually Monitor processes/system not covered by automated monitoring tools
  • Flexible to work in any shift
  • Good communication skill to interact with both customer and end user over phone and through email.


Working Hours/Days: Weekend nights 6:40am - 8:00pm (Fri, Sat & Sun) | Mon, Tue, Wed & Thu are week-offs


Note: The candidates need to be local to Delaware State or must be living within 1 hour radius from the office, it could be PA, MD, NJ states also.
