Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and deploying network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in managing and supporting complex network environments using industry standard monitoring tools
• Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events, or issues
• Understanding of common information architecture frameworks
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both customers and end-users over phone and through email
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Participate in major incident bridge calls to provide real-time data for monitored systems
• Document activities performed in associated tickets
• Remotely access systems to perform initial resolution attempts
• Flexible to work in any shift

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in monitoring complex environments using industry standard monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols
• Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
