Responsibilities:

  • State and federal court filing.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda.
  • Case management and calendaring.
  • Trial prep and prepare privilege logs.


Experience:

  • BA or paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Need to have state and federal court filing experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in civil litigation (business litigation defense).
  • Experience with Relativity.


Role:

  • Onsite 4 days a week in Newport Beach, CA and 1 day remote.
