About You: Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee and document day-to-day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration through regular communication with the Project Management team.
  • Identify and address challenges promptly, collaborating for effective solutions.


Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree


Required Skills:

  • Provide mentorship and build connections with your field and office teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Using MS Project, establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule, considering contract requirements and subcontractor input.
  • Update MS Project Schedule regularly and review with the project team.
  • Provide weekly updates of the three-week look-ahead schedule.
  • Establish pertinent benchmarks for the project and integrate them into the baseline schedule.
  • Implement organizational requirements ensuring company, quality, standards are upheld.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Schedule safety pre-construction meetings for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety plans.
  • Regularly review the project site to guarantee adherence to safety protocols.



Pay range and compensation package: Salary commensurate with experience, compensation benefit package and work environment includes: Very Flexible*, fun family environment. Fishing trips, Golf, Summer Fridays leave @ 2PM & Annual Holiday Party, Softball team. Health Insurance, 80% covered. Pet Insurance. 8 Paid Holidays. 2 Floating Holidays.
