Construction Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead our projects in Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion, high-quality results, and a safe working environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and enforcing company standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- Managing job sites, documenting progress, and leading teams to achieve project goals.
- Providing constructive feedback, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
- Collaborating with the Project Management team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identifying and resolving challenges, coordinating with teams to develop effective solutions.
- Scheduling and leading pre-construction safety meetings, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety plans.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Project and experience with scheduling and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
