Job Summary: The Brand Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our brand’s image and voice across various channels. Supporting the Brand Manager for the U.S. market, this role combines responsibilities in both social media management and influencer marketing to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and possesses a strong understanding of the digital landscape, including the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing. **The Brand Manager is hyper-organized and works quickly and efficiently, so you should too.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Coordination:

  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage all published content, including images, videos, and written material, across all social media platforms.
  • Content Briefing: Collaborate with graphic designers by submitting detailed content briefs for social media assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Community Management: Engage actively with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering a positive and interactive community.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to manage the brand’s online reputation, identify key players, and coordinate necessary actions.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest digital technology trends and social media best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Content Posting: Ensure the timely posting of all planned content, including in-feed posts and stories, adhering to the designated schedule.


Influencer Marketing Coordination:

  • Influencer Identification: Research and identify influencers who align with our brand values and target audience across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and key industry contacts.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
  • Content Management: Collaborate with influencers to produce authentic, high-quality content that aligns with campaign goals and resonates with our audience.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with the broader marketing team to seamlessly integrate influencer content into overall marketing strategies, initiatives, and channels.
  • Contract Negotiation and Execution: Negotiate fees with influencers and draft contracts to establish clear terms and protect the interests of both the company and the influencers.


Event & Activation Coordination:

  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including product launches, brand activations, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Logistics Coordination: Support logistical aspects of events such as venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and on-site setup.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to coordinate event details and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to help execute promotional strategies for events, including social media and email campaigns.
  • On-Site Management: Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Post-Event Tasks: Assist with post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and compiling reports to assess event performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties related to event planning, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining event calendars.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager and other team members to ensure all events meet or exceed expectations.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
