Role Overview:
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance-focused influencer marketing strategies that drive both revenue and brand awareness. The role involves building the program by identifying new influencers, managing existing relationships, and tracking the performance of campaigns to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness.
- Identify and establish relationships with influencers and creators across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers, with a focus on scaling partnerships that continuously drive revenue.
- Lead influencer campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with the marketing/product calendar, conducting influencer outreach, and ensuring timely content delivery.
- Analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics (revenue, impressions, ROI, etc.) and prepare regular reports to share with internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, social media, and performance marketing teams, to align influencer program strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms, metrics, and best practices.
- Experience scaling commission-based influencer programs preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g. TribeDynamics, ShopMy, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high level of detail and organization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
- Passion for social media trends, content creation, and influencer culture.
