Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven Sales Representative. This role will immerse you in the world of B2B sales, where you'll learn to generate leads and bring new clients to the business. It's a direct path to fast-tracking your career to a Sales Executive
Job Duties:
- Sales Activity: Conduct weekly sales activities to attract new clients consistently.
- Client Engagement: Make a combination of 100 calls weekly, including phone and in-person visits.
- Sales Action Plan: Support the coordination of Sales Action Plans for each prospect on the Hit List.
- Quarterly Sales Plans: Assist in the development of quarterly sales plans by identifying potential clients and business opportunities aligned with growth goals.
- Research and Presentation: Research accounts, coordinate presentations, and meetings, focusing on identified prospect needs.
- Ongoing Sales Activities: Manage ongoing sales activities for Hit List prospects.
- Daily Sales Plan: Arrange and follow a daily sales plan to maximize territory engagement.
- Efficiency Maximization: Improve sales efficiency through effective use of account classification and territory management systems.
- Community Engagement: Research and attend community activities to increase awareness of the local labor market, recruiting opportunities, and industry trends.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize digital email marketing resources to reach potential clients.
- Feedback Provision: Provide feedback to enhance services and outreach strategies.

Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience: Experience in B2C or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred but not required.
- Self-Motivation: Ability and willingness to set your own priorities, schedule daily events, make cold calls, and deliver formal presentations.
- Thriving Under Pressure: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under stress.
