The Opportunity

EDC is seeking a Project Manager to work on a wide scope of construction jobs around the United States. Project Managers lead a project team comprising a Project Coordinator and Superintendent(s). This position will supervise various projects ranging from grocery, retail, and entertainment, to self-storage.


What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the preconstruction department during the pre-bid phase.
  • Oversee a Project Coordinator and Superintendent(s) assigned to your projects.
  • Own all project financials, maintain strict budgets, and complete projects on time.
  • Supervise project progress and provide frequent reports on timeline, progress, adjustments, and projections.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget using software like Sage 300 and ProCore.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and subcontractors. 

 

 What We Expect from You

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, or engineering, and 5+ years of relevant experience working in industrial, grocery, retail, entertainment, and self-storage.
  • Proficient computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs.
  • Self-motivated, able to analyze problems and strategize for best solutions.
  • Sage 300 and Procore systems knowledge preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the US.
