Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing crucial support for technicians, coordinating appointments, resolving customer inquiries, and managing essential paperwork. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and customer service skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to technicians and sub-contractors
  • Resolve customer complaints and address service requests, billing inquiries, and other issues
  • Coordinate technician schedules, appointments, and equipment procurement
  • Track parts and manage orders
  • Complete, scan, and process required paperwork
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation from technicians and sub-contractors
  • Handle material and equipment issuance and returns
  • Interface with customers to resolve satisfaction issues and ensure a positive service experience

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 5 years of office administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Shift:

  • Standard Work Day (Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM)

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
