Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Relations and Partnerships Intern to support the Client Relations Strategy for the US, Canada and Brazil. The Client Relations and Partnerships Intern will help the team deliver well executed client actions.
The Client Relations and Partnerships Intern will work on client experiences, client giftings, department presentations, market research, assist with timely event recaps and partner with Client Relations Management to create new concepts to support market and store specificities. Actions will need to be executed with the highest quality control and brand standards in addition to seamless vendor management for Giorgio Armani resources (client gifts, invitations, etc). On site support may be needed for local events and activations in New York City.
The Giorgio Armani Internship Network Program Fall of 2024 will run from September 16, 2024 through November 22, 2024.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist with client giftings, messengers, shipments, and warehouse inventory
- Assist with sourcing local stylists for different markets
- Assist with partnership research for different markets – identifying members only clubs, museums and additional organizations
- Assist with Client Experiences planned and coordinating logisitcs
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. store teams, merchandising, trade marketing, and events) to address clients’ needs
- Assist with event RSVP list organization – checking RSVP inbox for incoming rsvp’s ahead of upcoming events
- Act as liaison with graphics team and CR team for invitation design
Mission:
Support all activities provided to clients with a 360 view that enhance their perception of GA’s values and quality of products.
Who You Are
- Demonstrates a keen interest in understanding business and organizational goals, and a desire to learn about the world of Armani
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Previous work experience or internships in related field is a plus
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate/Graduate program
- Unpaid internship | Proof of school credit is required
- Must be available a minimum of 3 days in office
