Key Responsibilities:

Generate New Business: Main Focus

Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.

Conduct high volume sales development outreach using email, phone, and social campaigns to connect with new prospects

Become an authority at using lead generation tools to create new contacts and craft accurate and targeted lists of prospects

Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and prospects.

Achieve new client acquisition goals


Cross-Sell New Products:

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and/or services.

Collaborate with product specialists to offer comprehensive solutions.


Service Existing Accounts:

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new clients.

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

  • Prior Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • College Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • New Business Development Experience: Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Presentation Experience: Experience in delivering effective presentations and sales pitches.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of clients.
  • Self-Motivated: An innate drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Teams, and ability to use tools/platforms like LinkedIn for marketing and lead generation.
