Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire our frontline sales team. As the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and supporting our sales representatives to achieve their maximum potential and meet company sales targets. Your leadership and guidance will be instrumental in enhancing the performance of our frontline sales force, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and driving overall business growth.

Responsibilities

Frontline Sales Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help sales team members enhance their selling skills and achieve personal development goals. Set clear performance expectations and ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and standards.

Sales Training And Development

Identify training needs within the frontline sales team and design customized training programs to address skill gaps and enhance overall sales effectiveness. Organize regular training sessions and workshops to equip sales representatives with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their roles. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate relevant sales techniques into training programs.

Sales Strategy And Planning

Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategic plans that align with the company's sales objectives and revenue targets. Analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to maximize sales efficiency. Provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales leadership team to drive business growth.

Performance Management

Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their professional development. Recognize and reward top-performing sales representatives to maintain a positive and competitive sales culture. Address performance issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Sales Support And Resources

Ensure that sales representatives have access to the necessary tools, resources, and sales collateral to support their sales efforts effectively. Foster a collaborative environment where sales team members can share best practices and learn from each other.

Customer Relationship Management

Encourage and uphold a customer-centric approach within the sales team to build strong and lasting relationships with clients. Provide guidance on handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales management and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in designing and delivering sales training programs. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
