We are very pleased to announce that Ragle Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who is interested in working for an established company with great advancement opportunities. Our Dallas / Fort Worth Heavy Highway Division is seeking team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented individuals who are looking for new learning experiences, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.


As Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind Ragle’s talent acquisition efforts. You'll play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting high-quality candidates, ensuring each candidate feels valued and welcomed from initial outreach through onboarding.


What You’ll Do:

  • Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Actively identify and engage top talent through targeted sourcing strategies, networking, and referrals, creating a strong candidate pool.
  • Interview Coordination: Seamlessly manage interview scheduling and communications, ensuring professional and timely interactions.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep candidate pipelines organized and efficient, tracking progress at every hiring stage.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate journey with clear, respectful communication at every step.
  • Data Tracking & Insights: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, sharing insights to refine and enhance our hiring processes.
  • Facilitate sourcing (posting jobs, conducting initial interviews, and presentation of candidates to hiring managers), placement, and assisting Recruiting team and leadership with onboarding of new hires

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, with solid recruitment lifecycle knowledge.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using ATS, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time Management: Experience in a deadline-oriented, multi-task environment
