Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash applications, handling complex customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and apply payments to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts
  • Create and maintain new customer files
  • Perform daily reconciliation to ensure accuracy of payments and invoices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting major preferred)
  • At least 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in IT and comfortable using technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse personalities

Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
