  • Knowledge: Expertise in human resources or organizational Development is a plus.


Your Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll wear multiple hats and make a meaningful impact both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Client Partnerships: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with their goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Actively recruit for positions by sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent to meet client needs.
  • Organizational Development: Support clients with deliverables such as role design facilitation, job description writing, candidate assessments, workforce planning, salary benchmarks, and new hire onboarding.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and coach the recruitment team, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate operational efficiencies and actively participate in the review, development, and continuous improvement of work products, processes, and client deliverables.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business growth by networking, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting client acquisition efforts.
