competitive edge and a team-oriented mindset to our sales floor. Our focus is on delivering
outstanding customer experiences and driving sales through exceptional service and expert
product knowledge.
Position Overview:
As a Sports-Minded Retail Sales Associate at Reign Acquisitions, you will play a key role in
achieving our sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a
proactive, engaging, and enthusiastic approach to sales. You will be responsible for assisting
customers, providing product information, and closing sales with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and meet sales goals, striving to exceed them.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competitive, sports-minded attitude with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage of $16-$18, based on experience. (OTE $51k-$61k w/ commission and bonuses)
- Opportunities to earn commission and bonuses based on sales performance.
- Comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities.
