  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and that products are displayed in a way that drives sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that the store operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized service to customers.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage and develop a team of sales associates.
