Media Project Coordinator– Media Investment Team

Offices located in Stamford, CT & Fort Lauderdale, FL


JOB WILL BE LOCATED IN STAMFORD, CT


ICON International, repeatedly named one of the 25 Best Places to Work in Connecticut, is currently seeking a Media Project Coordinator.


General function:

As Media Project Coordinator you will support and assist the Media Project Management Team on all stewardship functions relating to client schedules for digital media buys including maintenance and organization of schedules both internally and externally to client/agency.

Suitable candidates have strong organizational skills and encompass the ability to collaborate successfully with teams, assist on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure. We are looking for someone that is a solutions-based problem solver.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of ICON’s growing Media Team with the ability to materially impact the business.


Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Media preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Intermediate math and numeracy skills are crucial
