Ideal Candidate: will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing production role with a focus on 3D assets. They also will have a solid background in 3D production, familiarity with animation, gaming, and expertise in modeling and texturing. As the 3D Creative Producer, you will be responsible for managing 3D clients, internal 3D artists, and supervising a junior production assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for 3D clients, understanding their needs and ensuring effective communication throughout the production process.
- Deliver high-quality and visually stunning 3D assets.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Identify and address potential issues or red flags promptly.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing production role with a focus on 3D assets.
- Previous experience managing/working with 3D design teams.
- Technical background in 3D production with the ability to spot potential challenges and provide solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, Maya, and Cinema 4D.
- Proven track record of successful project management within animation studios or small gaming studios.
