Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in a client-oriented production capacity, specifically focusing on 3D visual content creation. A strong background in project management, including timeline and budget oversight, is essential. As a 3D Creative Producer, you will manage relationships with 3D clients, coordinate with internal 3D artists, and oversee a junior production assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for 3D clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements and maintaining effective communication throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Accurately define project scopes, manage budgets, and align client and studio expectations.
  • Conduct Quality Control (QC) by reviewing files and artwork for accuracy and completeness prior to client delivery.
  • Oversee the complete production workflow, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project scope, and maintenance of quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Manage daily operations related to workflow-based content pipelines.
  • Oversee resource allocation for a studio team of 10-12 members.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing production role, particularly with 3D assets.
  • Prior experience in managing or collaborating with 3D design teams.
  • Technical expertise in 3D production, with the capability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • A proven history of successful project management within animation or small gaming studios.
