  • Job Salary: $90K to $140K base

Based in Phoenix, AZ, we are a premier electrical contractor focused on commercial and industrial projects in and throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Due to growth and our expanding backlog of projects we are in need of a talented Project Manager to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build/maintain project budgets based on estimates, and perform forcasts.
  • Create and maintain project schedule ensuring you coordinate with field teams.
  • Review purchase orders, submittals and contracts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive change order log in order to track modifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
  • Manage billing for active projects.
  • Utilize necessary technologies in order to effectively manage projects.
  • Ensure projects are in compliance with codes and industry standards.
  • Collaborate cross-organizationally with all teams involved.
  • Work to enhance with efficiencies across project processes and workflows.

What You Need For The Position

  • 5+ years of commercial electrical project experience
  • Strong understanding of NEC codes and industry standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay highly organized
  • Understanding of drawings and blueprints
  • Experience with estimating is nice to have
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management is nice to have
  • PMP is nice to have
