- Job Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Job Salary: $90K to $140K base
What You Will Be Doing
- Build/maintain project budgets based on estimates, and perform forcasts.
- Create and maintain project schedule ensuring you coordinate with field teams.
- Review purchase orders, submittals and contracts.
- Maintain a comprehensive change order log in order to track modifications.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
- Manage billing for active projects.
- Utilize necessary technologies in order to effectively manage projects.
- Ensure projects are in compliance with codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate cross-organizationally with all teams involved.
- Work to enhance with efficiencies across project processes and workflows.
- 5+ years of commercial electrical project experience
- Strong understanding of NEC codes and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay highly organized
- Understanding of drawings and blueprints
- Experience with estimating is nice to have
- A bachelor's degree in construction management is nice to have
- PMP is nice to have
