TrueBuilt is building the first end-end PreConstruction platform for general contractors and subcontractors. We are a venture-backed startup that has quickly built and scaled the business in just 10 months. We’re looking for the right team members to helps us unleash PreCon as the secret value driver for the $2.3T construction industry. PreCon is essential to a project’s profitability yet legacy, on-prem solutions currently cost builders millions via inaccurate budgeting and planning. As a team, we are obsessed with changing that. TrueBuilt is building the future of PreCon so that our customers can do what they do best: build the future of America.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proven ability to achieve quote targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior employment at Construction SaaS or Vertical SaaS Company.
  • Based in Orange County, CA available to meet in person 2-3 times per week in person.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing client
  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients..
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions to clients.
