Become the Director of Human Resources for an iconic NFL football team In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for overseeing recruitment, hiring and onboarding, employee development, employee/labor relations, coordinating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, policy/contract interpretation, compensation administration, and legal compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the HR department, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to attract and nurture top talent
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Coordinate employee benefits, compensation, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, rules, and regulations, including coordinating employee and manager trainings
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership and management experience
  • PHR or SPHR through HRCI/SHRM Certification
  • Knowledge of California and Federal employment laws, investigation skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and worker’s compensation
  • Proven track record of leading and managing HR teams and initiatives
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace
