  • We are currently seeking a Junior Administrative Coordinator to join our team and provide support within our Azure data department. The candidate will work closely with Conor and his team in Austin, TX, helping to manage Conor's calendar, provide team support, handle financial tasks, order equipment, process expense reports, and plan occasional events. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of complex administrative functions and support the success of our team.

  • Role Summary: As a Junior Administrative Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Conor and his team, helping to manage their schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, organize meetings and events, handle financial operations, and complete special projects. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team's success.

What are the key responsibilities?

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage Conor's calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Conor.
  • Assist with financial tasks and expense report processing.
  • Order equipment and procure supplies for the team.
  • Plan and organize occasional events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

What experience are we looking for to drive success?

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of overall experience in administrative roles.
  • Preference for a degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Proven experience with calendaring and travel booking.
  • Previous experience supporting high-level executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and the entire MS Suite.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the technology industry.
  • Familiarity with Azure data and related systems.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
