Job Title: US Document Specialist

Location: 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced US Document Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to write, edit, and standardize technical and sales training documents for compliance and brand consistency. You will manage content across platforms, ensure document accuracy through review cycles, and help facilitate regulatory approval processes. This position requires both independent work within defined guidelines and effective collaboration with various departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical and sales training content, including instructor-led materials, guides, and job aids.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on training documentation.
  • Monitor document approval workflows, ensuring timely sign-offs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technical updates within content management systems.
  • Update materials in compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and feedback from periodic reviews.
  • Conduct technical research, document design, and layout.
  • Participate in training projects related to new product launches and US-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers and print vendors to ensure materials are ready for scheduled training classes.
  • Conduct audits of printed materials and inventory.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Scientific field, Technical Writing, English, or relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop), Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing feedback from multiple stakeholders to finalize documentation.
  • Knowledge of quality system regulations, ISO standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of adult learning principles and training best practices.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, ideally Veeva Vault.
  • Previous experience in copy editing, document design, and layout.
