The Company is expanding and recruiting a qualified Partnership Sales Manager responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate comes to us with a proven track record of building successful Partner relationships.


The Role


The Partnership Sales Manager develops a sales strategy to achieve sales revenue growth and market share for the Company's LotGuard mobile wireless video surveillance trailer within the Company’s Partnership sales program. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in channel management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of building successful partner relationships.


The role will be cross-functional in nature, working closely with WCCTV’s other internal sales teams, marketing, product development and finance functions. Specific responsibilities include:


  • Manages all incoming Reseller and Partner opportunities via standard and VAR programs ensuring continued alignment with WCCTV’s business goals and revenue targets. Strategically identifies new Channel Partners via direct marketing efforts specifically in the interest of generating new opportunities
  • Generates new business opportunities from new reseller prospects and existing Channel partners within targeted territories. Maximizes revenue and profit in every commercial opportunity by negotiating on the best possible commercial terms.
  • Provides product training and product updates to Partners on an ongoing basis.
  • Assists Partners with sales presentations, consults on product usage, provides project quotes and recommendations to educate and enable Partners to enhance existing customer relationships.
  • In coordination with internal marketing, creates and distributes regular dedicated mailers to existing Channel partners covering case studies, product updates, training modules and education thought leadership materials.
  • Utilizes the Company's CRM system to prepare all new equipment sales or rental quotes, maintains up to date status of pipeline development, business development activities, contact information, notes and any other relevant information.
  • Performs in-depth and informative reporting on activities for review by internal Sales management. Provides regular updates on market conditions and competitor activity, including upcoming threats/opportunities, as necessary to assist new product development and marketing.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent along with minimum of 5 to 7 years of previous B2B experience selling to Reseller and VAR customers in the physical or electronic security industry with a focus on energy/oil/gas and transportation (DoT and other related state and federal government agencies) markets.
  • A proven ability to identify sales opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately. Strong qualification skills are a must to be successful in this role along with a proven ability in meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process, pipeline development, sales forecasting and marketing strategy.
  • An excellent communicator who can build, develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing channel partners and resellers.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare complete and accurate quotes and proposals as well as sales presentations is required.
  • Effective computer skills to include MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel), Outlook, Teams and previous experience using CRM such as Sugar or Salesforce required.
  • Excellent organization, time management, high attention to detail and planning skills are a must.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend trade shows.


Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US.


Compensation and Benefits Offered:


  • Competitive salary up to $70,000 basic salary per year DOE and up to $50,000 bonus/commission per year.
  • 10 days paid vacation (increases with length of service) + 7 public holidays.
