A full sales cycle Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle from lead through close in our core verticals. They will be responsible for the value they extract from the leads they are given. Full Sales Cycle Account Executives will be responsible for daily and monthly metrics, pipeline organization, and developing additional pipelines in asking for referrals from the current leads they are assigned and will be responsible for prospecting into their signed customer’s pipelines for expansion opportunities.

What You Will OwnManage the entire sales cycle from calling an assigned lead to closing that dealDevelop new accounts, help to maintain and extend existing accounts within Account Executive’s pipelineMake 50+ daily cold callsNegotiate agreements to keep organized and detailed records of sales and dataCreate new sales opportunities by asking for referralsUse Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reportsEstablish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & servicesParticipate in regular company and office meetings to share AE progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
What You Will Need to Accomplish the JobPrior sales experienceOutbound cold-calling experienceProven success in prospecting new markets and closing new businessTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotaStrong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standardsAbility to function with a resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment
