We are seeking a motivated and dependable Office Services Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in office administration and support services.

Position Summary: The Office Services Representative is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions. This role involves managing office resources, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment.
  • Maintain office supplies and order additional items as needed to ensure all departments have what they need.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meetings, including arranging conference rooms and preparing materials.
  • Provide support for copying, printing, scanning, and binding documents as required by various departments.
  • Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including common areas and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
