Account Executive - Field Sales
Requirements:
Industry-related: Wireless Broadband, Microwave Backhaul, etc.
- 8+ years of industry-related sales experience; wireless broadband, microwave backhaul and related.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with strong knowledge retention
- Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and empathy
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Effective time management and independent work capability
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
- Sell product solutions and recurring Life Cycle Service contracts
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with lead, deal, and customer information
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to deliver high-quality presentations to prospects
- Maintain minimum margin thresholds and achieve quarterly sales quotas
- Evaluate and respond to relevant public RFPs
- Assist with project handoff to the Operations team
- Nurture existing customer relationships for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Work productively with manufacturer sales reps and channel partners to increase deal flow
